About us
Sukku's is a home-based bakery based in Mumbai, India, selling small-batch brownies.

Access and accounts
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, and that you consent to any minor dependents using this site on devices you own or manage. You may be asked to provide information such as your email, billing, and shipping details to place an order or create an account — you're responsible for making sure this information is accurate, current, and complete. If you create an account with us, you're solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with anyone else.

Our products
We do our best to represent our brownies accurately across the site, but colors and appearance may look slightly different depending on your screen. Because everything is handmade in small batches, slight variations in appearance, size, and weight between batches are normal and not considered defects. Product descriptions may change at any time, and we reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit quantities at our discretion.

Prices and payment
Prices are listed in INR and shown at checkout. The price charged is the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, listed prices do not include shipping. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice, and any separate promotion terms will govern in case of conflict. You agree to provide accurate and current payment and account information for every order, and to keep it updated. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway — Sukku's does not store your card or payment details.

Shipping and delivery
Orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours. Delivery timelines and charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on damaged, spoiled, or incorrect orders.

Information on this site is provided for general purposes only, and we don't guarantee its accuracy or completeness. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
